The Boys and Girls Club of Laredo considers the safety of our members and staff our number one priority. We are doing everything possible to keep children, our volunteers, and our staff protected from the COVID-19 virus. Due to the recent Center for Disease Control and Prevention, State and Local emergency recommendations, we have decided to close the Benavides, Lamar Bruni Vergara, and Northwest Clubs for all members until March 30, 2020. During that time, we will deep clean the Club and stock up on sanitation and disinfection supplies to ensure that all children, staff, and volunteers are safe when the Clubs reopen.
In the meantime, we are advising all our Club staff, families, and youth to continue to take precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
